Do you avoid double ups?

Yes we do! We do our best to look at any online book tracking platform they might use such as Good reads, etc.. You can provide all this information via our Questionnaire!

What if I receive a double up?

If we've meticulously curated your book and mistakenly sent you a duplicate, we would be delighted to facilitate a free return and provide you with a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Can I update my Questionnaire?

You can update your survey when you login to your account on our website OR on the order confirmation page sent to you when you ordered!!

If I did my Questionnaire before buying the Book Box is that okay?

That’s more than okay! Whether you complete your survey before or after purchase we will still be able to find it as long as you used the same name and/or email address.

How do you personlise my Book Box?

We take your Questionnaire results and thoroughly research the best options for you using a wide range of sources and data sets to make sure it's the best suprise you've ever had!

How long does delivery take?

NSW - 1-3 Business days

ACT - 1-3 Business days

SA - 2-3 Business days

QLD - 2-4 Business days

VIC - 2-4 Business days

NT - 3-5 Business days

TAS - 4-5 Business days

WA - 4-7 Business days

New Zealand - 8 - 12 Business days

What is the condition of second-hand books?

We meticulously inspect every second-hand book to provide our customers with top-quality options. While some books are nearly new, others may show signs of gentle use, but none are in damaged or poor condition. If you ever have quality concerns, please reach out to us at hello@bookbox.au, and we'll promptly assist you.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-days refunds on books that you have already read or that have been damaged in the delivery process.
