Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped on the Monday of every week (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note during festive holidays and public holidays, delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal issues. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping Australia wide on subscriptions and overs over $70, otherwise it's $5 flat shipping Australia wide!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bookbox.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

AUS POST offers shipping to P.O. boxes. If you would like your order to be shipped to a P.O. box please let us know at hello@bookbox.au
