Head Cases follows FBI Agent Gardner Camden and his elite Patterns and Recognition (PAR) unit as they track a murderer who leaves cryptic clues tailored for Gardner. Brilliant but socially oblivious, Gardner and his team—composed of a mathematician, a weapons expert, a computer analyst, and a veteran agent—are typically assigned to cold cases, but when DNA links a new victim to a long-dead serial killer, they are thrust into a high-stakes, public investigation.
